Celebrating Halloween the Strategic Way

Halloween Costume Party – Fun for Everyone!

This October, Strategic Sports will host its annual Halloween Costume Party, inviting employees and their families to an evening of frights, delights and fun. It’s another chance for us to take a break from our passion of making the best helmets in the world and connect outside of work and celebrate one of our core values: People First. 

On this night we will conjure spirits…in this case the spirit of competition with five Halloween-themed games. Guests will try their hand at Pumpkin Bowling and Pumpkin Toss, testing their aim and coordination while cheering each other on. The Ghostly Puzzle Race will challenge teams to complete Halloween-themed puzzles against the clock, encouraging communication and teamwork. At the Ghostly Ball Throwing station, participants will take aim at playful ghost targets to rack up points, while the DIY Craft Area will let everyone express their creativity by making pumpkin jack-o-lanterns and Halloween crafts to take home.

From the moment guests arrive, our people will be haunted by the Halloween spirit with themed face painting, pumpkin stickers, and a photo backdrop perfect for capturing the night. The Creative Showcase promises to be a highlight, featuring employees and families dressed in imaginative Halloween costumes. Participants will have a chance to share short stories about their characters and interact with the audience, turning the event into a lively, laughter-filled celebration.

The evening will wrap up with a Surprise Awards ceremony, recognizing the best costumes and game winners across both adult and children’s groups. Everyone will walk away with prizes, photos, and memories of a great night spent together.

Events like this remind us that Strategic is more than just a place to work — it’s a community where we come together with our friends and loved ones to laugh, celebrate, and enjoy the moments that make us stronger as a team.”
