We have been working with most of our customers for decades. We really appreciate that they are not mere customers, but valuable partners and friends. Our sales teams from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, North America, and Europe are covering customers around the World. We aim to serve better by replying all inquiries within 24 hours, processing order confirmation within 3-5 business days, and updating product information every quarter. We are happy to listen. Commitment to Employees
Strategic Sports honour its long term staff. While we are proud of our technology, innovative product but truly what makes us special is our people! Over 315 people have been with us for over 10 years of which 11 have been even more than 20 years. Strategic Sports is truly a family business with over 270 couples working in the company and at least 35 young people following in their parents footsteps by pursuing their future here.
Commitment to Environment
Since 2018, Strategic Sports has measured its CO₂ output. As of 2020, we have reduced our output by 50% per unit. This was achieved through a combination of reducing energy usage per product, investing in solar and rainwater collecting systems, using light hydrocarbon gas, adapting sustainable and recycled materials in the production of helmets, increasing green areas in the factory, and effectively maintaining equipment. All of these efforts and commitments are to do our share for a sustainable future - our only future.
