Third Annual Summer BBQ in Portugal: Celebrating Teamwork and Time Together

At Strategic Sports, we know the best ideas — and the strongest teams — are built not just in the factory, but around the table. This summer, as we have every year since 2022, our Portugal factory hosted a special BBQ to bring our global team together to share great food, laughter, and a well‑earned break.

The day was filled with laughter, music, and plenty of games and play as teammates relaxed and enjoyed each other’s company. A delicious roasted pig took center stage on the grill, paired with cold beer and seasonal favorites that celebrated the flavors of summer.

As part of the celebration, we also held a special helmet giveaway as a fun way to thank our team and share the products they help bring to life every day. Seeing employees and their families proudly wearing the helmets they helped create was a highlight of the day and a reminder of the pride we all share in our work.

These gatherings are more than just parties. They’re chances to connect across continents, recognize the hard work of the past months, and recharge for what’s ahead.

As the factory begins its two‑week summer closure, we’re grateful for every member of our Portugal team and for the culture of collaboration that makes celebrations like this possible.
