Celebrating Excellence: Outstanding Employee Awards at Our Vietnam Factory

To honor those who have demonstrated exceptional performance, initiative, and growth, we’re proud to share the recipients of this year’s Outstanding Employee Awards at our Vietnam factory.

Excellent Employees - Vietnam 

These individuals were recognized for their standout contributions and dedication in their respective roles:

• Sìn Cẳm Lềnh – Production Department (Painting)
  Known for a disciplined and proactive work ethic, Sìn Cẳm Lềnh has developed a deep mastery of the T100 system, especially in production planning—bringing efficiency and clarity to daily operations.

• Riệu Thị Lan – Decal Team (Painting)
  Riệu consistently achieves the highest production rates in the water decal application process, all while strictly maintaining product quality. She actively supports management and responds quickly to work priorities.

• Nguyễn Thị Huyền – Pre-Assembly (Assembly Department)
  In the helmet edge wrapping process, Nguyễn consistently leads the team in output while ensuring top-notch quality. Her reliability and positive attitude toward management direction have set a strong example.

• Nguyễn Thanh Thuận – EPS Moulding
  Exceeding standard output expectations, Nguyễn Thanh Thuận has become a model of consistency and productivity. He delivers high volumes without compromising on process adherence or quality.

• Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hương – Finished Goods Warehouse
  Nguyễn works with precision and independence in receiving and stocking goods. Her contributions go beyond her department—she supports interdepartmental collaboration and frequently volunteers behind the scenes for company events.

Excellence Team: EPS Moulding Department

The EPS Moulding team demonstrated what’s possible through close coordination and continuous improvement. Their efforts led to a significant reduction in product defects and a meaningful increase in output—highlighting the power of teamwork and shared responsibility. Phạm Văn Hoàng accepted the Excellence Team award on behalf of the EPS Moulding Department. 

Most Improved Awards

• Nguyễn Thị Thảo – PE Department
  After just seven months on the job, Nguyễn Thị Thảo has built a strong grasp of STG’s materials and processes. She is able to accurately translate specifications across Vietnamese and Chinese, communicate independently with local suppliers, and make insightful improvement suggestions. Notably, she managed the successful sampling of 52 new FOX ST-1596 decal designs, which passed trial production.

• Vương Ba Dũng – Painting Department (Spray Team)
  While learning robotic spray painting, Wang demonstrated diligence and responsibility. He quickly mastered robotic operation techniques, becoming an important asset to the team’s adoption of automation.

• Trần Quyết Thắng – Injection Department
  In a short period, Trần grasped the complex process of mold installation and removal. He now independently distinguishes between water circuit layouts and mold core groupings, reflecting strong technical learning and initiative.

Excellence in Training Awards

• Trương Thị Hồng Thắm – Quality Control Department
  Beyond performing her own duties with excellence, Trương has taken the initiative to mentor new hires with care and commitment. The three team members she trained are now proficient in both product inspection protocols and quality benchmarks.

• Vũ Thị An – Pre-Assembly (Assembly Department)
  During 2025's onboarding phase, Vũ led by example—helping new team members rapidly develop the skills needed for helmet edge wrapping. Her patient and effective guidance has accelerated the team’s ramp-up time.

• Zhào Dōn Ghào – Edge Trimming (EPS)
  With a strategic approach to training, Zhào effectively assigned work tasks and personally mentored Vietnamese employees to quickly adapt and achieve performance levels comparable to domestic production teams.
