A Small Festive Surprise to Celebrate our Strategic Sports Sales Team

It was still dark when our team got started early one morning last week. At 5:30am, we placed surprise gifts at each desk of our China Factory Sales Team. Small, old fashioned phone booths, which light up with a warm glow,  waited to be discovered. 

The gesture was simple by design. The phone booth, a festive symbol of timeless tradition, served as a reminder of the warmth and joy that comes from staying connected with loved ones, especially those who may be far away. This time of year especially, we want to honor that sense of connection.

More importantly, the moment reflected Strategic’s People First belief that a strong workplace culture is built through care, appreciation, and shared experiences, not just words. Our teams across Strategic Sports work incredibly hard throughout the year, and creating small moments of joy, surprise, and recognition is the least we can do to show how much they are valued.
