2025 ESG Report: A Letter from Strategic Sports Managing Director Norman Cheng

Friends and Partners,

The air over Hong Kong felt different this year. Heavier. Harder to ignore. This was the hottest summer on record for Hong Kong and South China, and in Portugal, the wildfires came back again. These are not minor observations. They are the conditions we all work and live in.

I am sharing our 2025 ESG Report with you in that spirit. It is available online, but some messages land differently as a printed hard-bound copy.

For Strategic Sports, climate change is the most important fight we have. Running a business has grown harder in nearly every way: costs, supply chains, competition. It would be easy to treat sustainability as something for later. But that's not who we are. Building a future for our people, partners and end users can live in is not a line item. It's our most important mission.

This report lays out what we did in 2025, where we improved, and where we have more work to do. Join us in this fight, and tell us what we got right, what we didn't, and where we should go next, through 2026 and into 2027.

Norman Cheng
